The main ingredients in So Kalm Plus are L-Tryptophan and Magnesium. L-Tryptopham is a naturally occuring amino acid responsible for controlling concentration and excitement. Therefore, supplemental L-Tryptopham is an excellent choice for highly strung, young horses or those with a lack of focus. Magnesium plays an important role in nerve health, with a lack of magnesium in the diet being associated with anxiety and tension.
