Returns and Exchanges

                       
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will also arrange a collection of the item, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To ensure the efficient processing of your return or exchange please :

1. Send a copy of the packing note sent with your order
2. Complete and the bottom section of the Returns Form sent with your order (this may be printed on the reverse of your packing slip.
3. We recommend that you use a method of posting that allows for you to provide proof of postage as well as proof we have received the goods.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 working days on receipt of the returned item. We can only refund the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For an exchange - You should expect to receive your item within 14 working days on receipt of the returned item.
Please note, the time periods specified above do not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days).
We will always notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned items and made refunds.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are international shipping restrictions on some products, due to individual countries shipping regulations.

Our products are all shipped using Interlink, which enables us to guarantee the quality in which the item/s are received, and so we can track to progress of your item. Please note that all item/s must be signed for on delivery to ensure you have received your parcel.

Shipping rates online are based on Interlinks pricing guide, which is based on weight and size. We do not make any money on shipping costs and prices stated are the prices we would pay for any item/s being shipped.
